Where can I buy tickets?

Visit our TICKETS page to see what events are coming up that you can buy a ticket for. If it is sold out, head over to TicketSwap to avoid scams.

If the event is sold out, is there a place to look for ticket resales?

Yes! We partner with TicketSwap to offer our community a safe place to sell and buy re-sold tickets to avoid scams. Check out their site here.

What can I do if I can’t find my ticket confirmation email? 

Make sure to check your spam folder and search your inbox for ‘Weezevent’. If you still cannot find your ticket confirmation, send us an email at booking@octov.ca.

Can I bring medicine?

Yes, however please bring a doctor’s prescription with you in case our security asks at the door. 

Can I change the name on my ticket?

We do not check the name on tickets when arriving at the venue. However if you are reselling your ticket, we highly advise you to sell it on TicketSwap.

Can I bring my own drinks or is there a bar available?

You cannot bring your own drinks at our events. There is a full bar available. You may bring an empty, reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the night.

Can I bring my own camera or recording equipment to the event?

For the protection of intellectual property rights and the privacy of our attendees, the use of cameras or professional recording equipment within the venue is strictly prohibited. Only our designated photographer(s) and videographer(s) are allowed to bring such equipment.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code. Express yourself freely, but please be mindful of attire that may pose safety hazards or offend others. Shoes must be worn at all times.

What safety measures are in place at your events?

At our events, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees. We implement a range of safety measures to ensure a secure environment, including but not limited to:

  1. Professional security personnel stationed throughout the venue.

  2. Emergency medical volunteers on standby in case of any medical emergencies.

  3. Adequate lighting and clearly marked emergency exits.

  4. Regular safety inspections of the venue to identify and address any potential hazards.

  5. Clearly communicated guidelines for attendees to follow regarding behavior and safety protocols.

  6. Active presence of a Safe Space Squad to circulate around attendees to help anyone feeling unwell or who is going through a tricky situation

Where can I ask for your Lost & Found?

We post the lost & found items after each event on our Instagram stories and in the Facebook event page, usually within 2-3 days of the event being done. Please monitor these pages or send us a DM on social media otherwise.

Are there designated areas for relaxation or chilling out?

Yes! We always make sure to have a chill space for attendees to hang out and take a breather whenever they need it.

Are there age restrictions for attending your events?

Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. Valid photo identification is required for entry

Will there be food available for purchase at the venue?

We do not sell food. You may bring your own snacks.
